Charles PT Phoenix is a well-known and well-respected attorney in Lee County who is currently the Managing Partner of Rhodes Tucker. Charles PT Phoenix received his BS from Wayne State University, which is where he also received his JD. He also earned his MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business Administration at the University of Michigan and holds his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Alabama Law School. He has received numerous recognitions, including membership to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 10 Business Tort Trial Lawyers Association and The National Trial Lawyers: Top 25 Mass Tort Lawyers Association. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Charles PT Phoenix is an attorney who likes to give back to his community. He was the Co-Chair, along with his wife, of the 2012 American Heart Association HeartWalk Leadership Cabinet. Through their efforts and so many others, the campaign set an all-time fundraising record of $444,582. He has also spent the past twenty years as a baseball manager, coach & instructor. He founded the Sanibel Babe Ruth League Inc. youth baseball and softball organization, and currently coaches a team and runs the organization as its President.
